We went to Fusion 22 over the weekend – I have been to this restaurant many times for lunch buffet during the week days and also once for dinner. We had never been to Fusion 22 for lunch during the weekends and wanted to try it out.

I started my lunch with my usual sweet corn vegetarian soup and we also had sweet corn chicken soup.

It was quite good – the taste is consistently good in Fusion 22 and I enjoyed it. I also had cauliflower manchurian for appetizer. We also had chicken appetizers which were quite tasty too.

For main course, I had the red curry, which coincidentally is the same item I had a day earlier at Origin Thai restaurant in Warren. We also had chicken noodles and one more chicken dish, all of which were very tasty – my typical experience with Fusion 22 food.

I would highly recommend any one in Central Jersey area to try this restaurant out if you are in mood for Indo-Chinese style of food, though they claim to be a Asian-French cuisine. By the way, there is nothing French in it other than the forks and spoons.

In a sharp contrast to how it is during the weekdays, the restaurant was quite empty during the weekend, not sure why.
