We went to Boston last weekend for the Boston Open badminton tournament and during this time got a chance to eat at India Palace, an upcoming chain specializing in Indian food.
We went to India Palace for lunch. There was a 20 to 30 minutes wait and we realized there itself that it was a restaurant in demand.
India Palace offers a wide variety of items in the buffet for lunch.
We started with Rasam as the soup. It was quite tasty. I had idly, vada and sambhar as appetizer. Their sambhar was one of the best I have ever had.
There was also panneer lollypop and potato fry, both of which were very good.
For the main course, I had naan, panneer tikka and kadai vegetables. All the items were tasting good. The others at my table had Chicken Tandoori and Chicken tikka masala in addition and expressed the same reaction that all the items were tasting good.
There where three items for dessert – Fruits in sweet noodles, Carrot halwa and Laddu. I loved the Carrot halwa the most as it was very very tasty.
Overall it was a very good experience going to India Palace and I will highly recommend it to anyone looking for good Indian restaurant in Boston area – btw, I heard they have four branches in Boston area.
Check it out folks!
