Fusion 22 is a Thai – Chinese – French style restaurant located in Bound Brook, New Jersey. We went to Fusion 22 last friday for lunch. The restaurant was started last year and is well decorated in the inside. The tables are quite spacious and the restaurant has a very good ambience overall.

It was a lunch buffet and they had both vegetarian and non-vegetarian items well arranged into soup, appetizers, main course and desserts.

The soup was hot and sour soup and had a very good tingy taste to it.

As a part of the appetizers, they had a very good corn dish made with good amount of spices, which was very tasty – I went back to have one more round of this. They also had vegetarian spring roll and I ate four of five of these. I think there was also a beef item along with a chicken appetizer.

In the main course, there was a mixed vegetable dish and also a mushroom dish.

They also had jasmine rice and fried rice in the main course.

I felt all the items were very good and got the same feedback from my colleagues too.

They had mango moose and strawberry moose for dessert. I guess these are the only items that came anywhere close to being called French dishes.

Actually I felt it has an Indian touch in all their dishes – may be it is because it is run by a team of individuals who are of Indian orgin.

Overall it was a very good experience and I have planned to go there again, with my family, as I am sure they will enjoy all the items there.
