I started reading this book called Motivating at Work by Twyla Dell about a month ago. I have now successfully completed reading and absorbing many of the useful concepts explained in this book.

I had written about this book last month and was quite impressed with it. As I proceeded to read this book, I realized how nicely the author has led the reader about empowering the employees at various levels, and also scrutinizing yourself to see what would you be doing if you were the employee.

There is also five good steps given to ‘L E A R N’ the right way of motivating the employees. Each steps helps us identify where the employees belong right now and how to get them to the next level.

There is also a series of important checklists which helps the reader to understand where the current motivation level stands and how to keep track of the progress going forward.

Overall, I highly recommend this book to anyone who is sincerely interested in motivating their employees at work.
