I happened to see an interesting picture that was shared by a friend of mine. It is a joke of the rains in Chennai right now.
While America, Britain, Russia, China and France only know how to deploy submarines in the seas, Chennai folks know how to run them on the roads . We call it the Metropolitan Transport Corporation buses, fondly called by the residents as Pallavan 🙂
