I got a chance to read Navin Gulia’s first book, ‘In Quest Of… The Last Victory’, which is yet to be released. Thought should write about it right away.

Navin Gulia is one of the most courageous people I know who do their best for their country.

Navin is the recipient of ‘Role Model of the Year’ award from APJ Abdul Kalam. Just to give some background, Navin was disabled during one of his practice routines in the Army and the doctors almost gave up on his recovery. By the way of pure determination and his will to succeed, Navin has fought back and is now heading the ADAA organisation in a nice way. ADAA stands for Apni Duniya Apna Aashiyana and works towards providing a better future for the homeless kids. You can read more about it on ADAA Website.

This book is an autobiography starting from his birth in 1973 to current date – taking us through a journey of how he fought every single aspect of difficulty in life to get the best out of the situation.

In one chapter, he talks about his efforts to get a driving license, after his fateful accident.

Navin mentions that people in that category should be called ‘Double Able’ and not disabled, as they have to work twice as hard as others.

In another episode, Navin tells that luck can run away from us once, but it cannot keep running away and have to come back to us eventually.

His ‘Never Give Up’ attitude motivates me to do much better in life. Thanks Navin for all the motivation.

You can read more about Navin at his site http://navingulia.com .

By the way, this book is not yet published and I am honoured to be one of the first few to read this book. If you are interested in getting a copy of Navin’s book once it is launched, please write to me and I will make sure you get one the day it is released. Please note that Navin has planned to use all proceeds from sale of his book towards ADAA Foundation, this way you can also feel good for having contributed towards a cause.

Overall, I would recommend this book highly to any one. Please feel free to pass this good news to all friends and family.
